Training and Workshop on PSYCHOPHYSICS IN OPERATIONS RESEARCH AND QUESTIONNAIRE CONSTRUCTION
Background
Psychophysics is the key technology for sustainable product design with cost optimization. The orientation training disseminates knowledge about principles of psychophysics, determining thresholds, statistical software, principles of questionnaire construction to assess feeling gradient of customers.
Objectives
The objective of the program is to develop the skill of participants into
(a) Psychophysical and psychological scaling techniques,
(b) Psychophysics lab
(c) Questionnaire construction.
Expected Outcome
Through the workshop, trainees will understand different principles in estimating threshold of the product. They will be able to construct reliable and valid questionnaire.
